Within Toronto, 37 per cent of adults in the city say they feel lonely three or four days a week, making them lonelier than adults in any other major city in the country.

By using human connection as the basis of my campaign concept, there was an aspiration towards addressing the loneliness epidemic within Toronto as a result of the Pandemic. This campaign uses the pre-existing tools on the app as its main source of engagement with consumers as the leading music streaming service.
